Products can be returned only if they are received damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used yoga mats, meditation cushions, yoga belts, resistance bands, and other wellness accessories cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or another agreed method within 5–7 business days.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement whenever stock is available. If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will follow our return policy.
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, FitChal will bear the return shipping cost. For all other approved returns, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
